摘要
随着中国建筑业市场由传统建筑工法向装配式建筑工法的逐步转型,一系列适用于装配式建筑的技术体系也逐渐得到了广泛应用。其中PC结构属于目前一种较为主流的装配式结构体系,其优势与不足也愈发明显,针对传统混凝土叠合楼板体系成本高、施工难、现场二次支模、保温隔音性能差等痛点,在以NALC(蒸压轻质加气混凝土)板为基础上研发的NALC叠合楼板应用技术体系在很大程度上弥补了传统混凝土叠合楼板体系的不足。同时在力学性能上通过实验与分析相结合的手段,证明了该体系的安全性,在示范项目上验证了其可实施性,相关规程的编制为其提供了实施依据。
With the gradual transformation of China’s construction market from the traditional construction method to the prefabricated method, a series of technical systems are applied to the prefabricated construction and widely used. At present, the PC structure is one of the popular systems in the market, meanwhile its advantages and disadvantages are obvious too. The traditional concrete composite flooring system has shortages of high cost, difficult construction, site formwork support, poor insulation and sound insulation performances,while the NALC composite flooring application technology system based on NALC(autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete) can widely cover these shortages. The safety of the system has already been approved through experiment and analysis. The feasibility has been verified in demonstration projects. The issue of relevant regulations will guarantee the implementation of the system.
