关于住院医师临床实践能力培训模式的实践与探索

Practice and exploration of clinical practice ability cultivation mode in residency training

临床医学作为实践性非常强的应用型学科,临床实践能力一直是临床医学培训中的核心要素,特别是在住院医师规范化培训过程中起着至关重要的作用。住院医师规范化培训制度在全国启动实施后取得了良好的效果,但受当前医疗环境等多方面因素的影响,住院医师临床实践能力的培训仍有待进一步加强。因此,梳理临床技能操作、临床思维能力及医学人文素质培养这3个与临床实践能力培训密切相关的内容,结合西安交通大学第一附属医院目前在这3个方面不断做出的实践与探索,通过分析总结进一步强化与提升住院医师临床实践能力相关的可行性举措,形成住院医师临床实践能力培训的规范模式,为切实提高住院医师综合素质,持续有效推进住院医师规范化管理工作提供参考和依据。

Clinical medicine is an applied discipline with strong practicality, for which clinical practice has always been the core fac- tor in clinical medical training, especially in the process of standardized resident training. The standardized residency training system has achieved good results since its implementation in China. However, due to the current medical environment and other factors, the training for clinical practice abilities for residency still needs to be further strengthened. Clinical operation skills, clinical thinking abilities and medical humanistic quality training are closely related to clinical practice abilities. According to the practice and explo- ration of our base in these three aspects, we analyzed and proposed some relative measurements to further strengthen and enhance the residents' clinical practice ability. Active measures should be taken to form a standardized model of residency training for clinical practice ability so as to provide reference and basis for improving the comprehensive qualities of resident physicians and promoting the standardized management of residents continuously and effectively.
