超声医学科专业住院医师规范化培训教学实践经验探讨

The practical experience of standardized residency training in Department of Ultrasound

住院医师规范化培训(住培)是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,目的是为各级医疗机构培养具备良好的职业道德、扎实的医学理论知识和临床技能,能独立、规范地承担本专业常见病和多发病诊疗工作的临床医师。陆军军医大学第一附属医院超声医学科是全国首批国家级住院医师规范化培训超声医学科专业基地和骨干师资培训基地,经过几年的教学积累,从教学管理、师资队伍建设、教学活动的有效开展、严格规范的考核体系等方面获得一些经验,切实提高与增强了超声医学科培训教学的质量和效果。

The standardized residency training is an important component of the postgraduate medical education, the aim of which is to equip these residents with good professional ethics, solid medical theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, and finally abilities in independent diagnosis and treatment of local common diseases after training. The training base of standardized residency training in Department of Ultrasound in the Army Medical University Southwest Hospital is one of the first-approved national bases for both residency training and the core teaching staff training. This article demonstrated our accumulated experience in the past several years of practice in aspects of training management, teachers' cultivation and improvement, the implementation of teaching activities and the establishment of evaluation systems.
