探讨入科教育在全科住院医师规范化培训中的实践与体会

The practice and experience of entry education in the standardized residency training for general practitioners

住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分。入科教育是培训过程中十分重要的一环,住院医师快速熟悉并完成科室工作对取得良好教学成效起着至关重要的作用。本院采用先进的网络住培管理系统,纳入入科教育、教学培训、教学管理、出科考核、技能考核、出科管理、请销假、考勤管理、模拟考试等环节,从而使培训工作更加智能化、高效化,并能汇总各个环节数据,有利于培训工作改进。本文主要通过对全科医师的入科教育教学形式、教育模式、目标、内容、反馈进行总结及剖析,就入科教育的相关问题进行探讨,以期为全科住院医师掌握全科知识、提高临床技能、建立规范全科临床诊疗思维提供帮助,进一步促进全科医学毕业后教育的发展。

Standardized residency training is an important part of post-graduate medical education.And one of the most important aspects of the training process is entry education,which allows residents to be familiar with and complete their work in the department fast and smoothly.It plays a key role in achieving good teaching results of the department.Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University adopted advanced network management systems,which incorporated the links of entrance education,teaching and training curriculums,teaching management,after-department examinations and management,skill assessment,attendance management,and simulation test systems.With this system,our training program became more intelligent and efficient,and the system can summarize the data of each link,which could be conducive to the improvement of the training program.This article summarized and analyzed the formations,teaching objectives and contents,and feedback of entry education in the standardized residency training for general practitioners,and relative problems were evaluated.It is hoped that our work could help the general practitioners to master general knowledge,improve their clinical skills,and broaden their clinical thinking,thus further promoting the development of family medicine.
