摘要
在分析安徽省高职高专校园足球活动开展现状的基础上,揭示存在问题,如高校校园足球课余训练不足、竞赛组织管理不力、师资队伍建设不配套等。建议高校要完善组织管理,开展丰富多彩的足球赛事,着手师资队伍建设,建立以激励为导向的管理机制,加大投入力度,改善基础条件。
Local normal colleges and universities play a very important role in the higher normal education system in China,shoulder the heavy responsibility of providing teachers for basic education,and to a certain extent determine the quality of China's basic education and the country^overall education level.The object of the teacher education curriculum set in local normal colleges and universities is to realize the integration of teachers'pre-service education and on-the-job education,and to guide teachers to have a correct professional concepts and master the knowledge and skills of teaching when they are engaged in basic education in the future.Taking the local normal colleges and universities of Inner Mongolia as the research object,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 87 graduates of 2014-class and 46 graduates of 2015-class of normal colleges and universities to examines the status quo of the implementation of teacher education curriculum,existing problems and solving strategies.
