内蒙古地方师范院校教师教育课程实施现状及分析

On the Status Quo and Analysis of the Implementation of Teacher Education Curriculum in Local Normal Colleges Universities of Inner Mongolia

摘要 地方师范院校在我国高等师范教育体系中占有很重要地地位,肩负着为基础教育输送教师的重任,在一定程度上决定着我国基础教育的质量和国民的整体文化水平。地方师范院校开设的教师教育课程的课程目标就是为了实现教师职前教育和在职教育的一体化,引导未来教师在从事基础教育时有正确的专业理念,掌握从教的知识和技能。本文以内蒙古地方师范类院校作为研究对象,通过对2014级87名师范毕业生和2015级46名师范毕业生的问卷调查,考察目前学校教师教育课程实施现状、分析问题所在及解决问题的策略。 Local normal colleges and universities play a very important role in the higher normal education system in China, shoulder the heavy responsibility of providing teachers for basic education, and to a certain extent determine the quality of China’s basic education and the country’s overall education level. The object of the teacher education curriculum set in local normal colleges and universities is to realize the integration of teachers’ pre-service education and on-the-job education, and to guide teachers to have a correct professional concepts and master the knowledge and skills of teaching when they are engaged in basic education in the future. Taking the local normal colleges and universities of Inner Mongolia as the research object, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 87 graduates of 2014-class and 46 graduates of 2015-class of normal colleges and universities to examines the status quo of the implementation of teacher education curriculum, existing problems and solving strategies.
