摘要
目前,精子DNA完整性对男性不育及辅助生殖技术结果的影响已被大量研究证实有相关性。精子DNA损伤机制包括:异常细胞凋亡、氧化应激及精子成熟期间不正确的包装和连接等。可通过各种检测方式测得精子DNA损伤,以预测生殖结局,且这种检测不依赖于传统精液参数。确定精子DNA损伤有助于提前通过一些策略,如:生活方式的改变、口服抗氧化剂、精索静脉曲张的修复、胞浆内形态学筛选精子注射及应用睾丸精子等来提高精子DNA完整性,最终达到改善生殖结局的目的。
At present,the effects of sperm DNA integrity on male infertility and assisted reproductive technology results have been confirmed by a large number of studies.Sperm DNA damage mechanisms include abnormal cell apoptosis,and oxidative stress,as well as incorrect packaging and ligation during sperm maturation.Sperm DNA damage can be measured by various detection methods to predict reproductive outcomes,and these tests don't depend on traditional semen parameters.Determining sperm DNA damage helps improve sperm DNA integrity in advance through some strategies,such as lifestyle changes,oral antioxidants,repair of varicocele,intracytoplasmic morphologically selected sperm injection,and application of testicular sperm.Ultimately,the goal of improving reproductive outcomes is achieved.
