Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of hot compress with Chinese medicine for cervical spondylosis, and to provide more references for clinical treatment. Methods 104 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted and treated in our hospital from January,2017 to January,2019 were selected as research objects, and were divided into an experimental group and a control group by random number table method, with 52 cases in each group. The control group were treated with sitting traction and massage, while the experimental group with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress nursing methods on the basis of the control group.VAS was used to evaluate the pain before and 1 month after the treatment in the two groups, and the effect of clinical treatment was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.2%vs.78.9%,P<0.05).Compared with those before the treatment, the VAS scores after the treatment in both groups were significantly reduced(both P<0.05);and the reduction was more significant in the experimental group than in the control group[(3.4±1.1)vs.(5.1±1.5),P<0.05].Conclusion Hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine has definite clinical effect in treating patients with cervical spondylosis, which can effectively relieve their clinical symptoms and pain, and has certain guiding value in clinical practice.
