摘要
为研究不同煤质煤尘爆炸火焰释放热量随火焰传播距离、火焰传播时间的变化规律,采用量纲分析方法,提出了反映爆炸强度大小的“煤尘爆炸火焰热量释放系数”,构建褐煤、长焰煤、不粘煤与气煤爆炸火焰热量释放模型,得到了爆炸火焰释放的热量与火焰传播距离、时间的定量表达式。通过模型参数关系合理性检验、模型参数幂指关系检验及导出量纲选取完备性检验,证明了建立的煤尘爆炸火焰热量释放模型的合理性与科学性。开展大型巷道空间模型实例分析,结果表明:巷道空间内“煤尘爆炸火焰热量释放系数”明显大于小型水平管道。模型不仅可计算不同实验方案下爆炸火焰传播到最大距离时释放的热量,还实现了参与爆炸煤尘量的推算。
In order to study the law of the heat release changing with flame propagation distance and time from different coal dust explovsion flame,the dimensional analysis method was used and the"heat release coefficient of coal dust explosion flame"reflecting the explosion intensity was proposed to construct the heat release model of explosion flame of lignite,long-flame coal,non-stick coal and gas coal.The quantitative expressions equation of the heat released by explosion flame,the distance and time of flame propagation were obtained.The scientific rationality of the model is veri^fied by the model parameter relationship rationality test,the model parameter power-finger relationship test and the derived dimension selection completeness test.The example analysis of the model in the large roadway space was carried out and the results showed that the“heat release coefficient of coal dust explosion flame”in the roadway space is obviously larger than that of the small horizontal pipeline.The model can calculate not only the heat released by the explosion flame when it reaches the maximum distance under different experimental schemes,but also the amount of coal dust involved in the explosion.
