摘要
通过溶液共混的方法,制备出不同三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)含量的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)/短切破纤维(SCF)/环氧树脂(EP)三相复合材料,采用了高温氧指数和锥形量热仪测试MCA/SCF/E P三相复合材料的氧指数(LOI)、热释放速率(HRR)、总释放热(THR)等燃烧特性参数,分析燃烧特性参数,研究了MCA的含量对复合材料阻燃性能的影响。实验表明,MCA可以提高碳纤维环氧复合材料的阻燃性能,当MCA含量为5%时,三相复合材料的燃烧性能表现最佳,其热释放速率峰值(pHRR)、点燃时间(TTI)、质量损失速率峰值(MLR)分别改善了36.2%、176.8%、13.6%。MCA含量为5%的三相复合材料在总释放热上降低了13.7%。MCA含量为5%的三相复合材料在生烟速率(SPR)和CO释放速率(C.Op)方面有明显改善。
Melamine cyanurate(MCA)/clip carbon fiber(SCF)/epoxy resin(EP)three-phase composites with different melamine cyanurate(MCA)content were prepared by solution blending.The combustion characteristic parameters such as oxygen index(LOI),heat release rate(HRR)and total heat of release(THR)of MCA/SCF/EP three-phase composites were tested by high temperature oxygen index meter and cone calorimeter.The combUvStion characteristic parameters were analyzed and the effect of MCA content on the flame retardancy of composites was investigated.Experiments showed that MCA can improve the flame retardant properties of carbon fiber epoxy composites.When the MCA content is 5%,the three-phase composites have the best combustion performance,and their heat release rate peak(pHRR),ignition time(TTI),mass loss rate peak(MLR)improved by 36.2%,176.8%,and 13.6%,respectively.The three-phase composite with MCA content of 5%reduced on the total heat of release by 13.7%,and has a significant improvement in the smoke generation rate(SPR)and CO release rate(COp).
