摘要
针对现有灭火救援数字化预案存在的实战性不强、与商用地图融合不够等问题,提出一种新型的数字化灭火救援预案。通过融合火灾预测模型、三维可视化以及全景图像快速建模等技术,快速编制数字化预案,以便于快速掌握事故单位的基本信息、内部分层结构、消防水源与消防设施分布情况、现场的整体情景、火情动态变化趋势等信息。在实战中,消防救援队伍利用该平台开展网上推演、熟悉演练和远程辅助决策,确保了作战决策的科学性和有效性。
In view of the existing problems of the poor actual combat ability and insufficient commercial map integration in the digital plan of firefighting and rescue,this paper proposed a new digital fire extinguishing rescue plan.By fusing the fire prediction model,3D visualization and fast modeling of panoramic images technologies,the digital plan was organized fast,so as to quickly grasp the basic information of the accident unit,internal hierarchical structure,the distribution of the fire water supply and fire control facilities,the scene of the overall situation and fire dynamic change trend.In actual combat,fire team used the platform to conduct online deduction,drill and long distance decision aid,and the scientific and effective combat decision was ensured.
