长江经济带工业企业技术创新效率研究

Research on technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in Yangtze River Economic Belt

长江经济带是中国经济总量最大,腹地最广阔的经济区,创新资源富集,以创新驱动促进长江经济带产业转型升级是国家重要战略部署,因而对其区域创新效率的研究意义重大。文章首先基于永续盘存法,对2008—2017年长江经济带规模以上工业企业的研发资本存量进行测算,然后在此基础上通过数据包络分析技术,分别从时间、空间的维度对长江经济带工业技术创新效率进行考察,还区分了纯技术效率与规模效率,从而探究制约长江经济带工业技术创新效率提升的主要因素,并提出相应对策。

The Yangtze River Economic Belt is China s largest economic aggregate,the vastest economic zone in the hinterland,the accumulation of innovative resources,and the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading of the Yangtze River Economic Belt by innovation is an important strategic deployment of the country.Firstly,based on the perpetual inventory method,the paper calculates the R&D capital stock of industrial enterprises above designated size in the 2008—2017 Yangtze River Economic Belt,and then based on the data envelopment analyses technology,the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the time and space dimensions.The paper investigates the efficiency of industrial technology innovation,and also distinguishes the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,so as to explore the main factors that restrict the efficiency of industrial technology innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and propose corresponding countermeasures.
