无杆排采设备水力管式泵故障分析及建议

摘要 目前国内煤层气开采的方式为排水降压采气,排采过程中需要连续不断的排出煤层中的水,打破煤层中的水气平衡,从而使吸附于煤层中的煤层气游离并解吸。针对目前有杆举升工艺无法再高产井L型水平井中应用的问题,沁水煤层气田引入无杆举升工艺技术,普遍使用的无杆排采设备为水力管式泵,针对其使用现状以及使用过程中出现的故障类型进行分析,对出现的故障类型原因总结并提出排除故障的建议,从而降低设备故障率,减少高产井由于设备故障原因产生的产气损失。 At present, CBM exploitation in China is conducted through the way of water drainage and pressure reduction. In the process of gas drainage and production, water needs to be continuously discharged so as to break the water-gas balance in the coal seam, and the adsorbed CBM can be free and desorbed. To resolve the problem that the rod lifting technology can no longer be used in L-type horizontal wells with high production, rod-less lifting technology is introduced in Qinshui Basin for CBM wells. The commonly used rod-less drainage equipment is hydraulic tubular pump. This paper analyses the current situation of its use and the types of faults occurred in production process, summarizes the causes of the faults and puts forward some suggestions for troubleshooting, so as to reduce the failure rate of the equipment, and to reduce gas production loss caused by equipment failure in high production wells.
