吉林市非物质文化遗产传承人的有效保护

Effective Protection of Inheritors of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Jilin City

吉林市拥有种类丰富的非物质文化资源,近年来政府和非遗管理部门在非物质文化遗产保护方面做了诸多工作。但在传承人管理上,还存在着传承人后继无人、缺乏活动经费和场所、缺乏专业管理人才、传承人后续教育和培训不均衡等问题。传承人是非物质文化遗产的核心要素,是非遗能否传承的关键。为实现传承人有效传承,吉林市需要借助新媒体的传播优势,拓宽传承方式,扩大传承人的社会影响力;构建多方位的传承渠道;建立健全传承人社会保障体系;开展传承人口述史抢救和数字化保存工作;加强传承人培训和场所建设,充分发挥传承人在非遗传承、创新上的作用。

Jilin City is famous for its history and culture,with a rich variety of intangible cultural resources.In recent years,the government and relating administrations have done a lot of work in the protection of intangible cultural heritage.However,there are still problems in the management of the inheritors such as no successor,no enough funds and places for activities,no professional management talents,also the follow-up education or training of the inheritors are imbalanced so far.The inheritor is the key of the intangible cultural heritage,it almost determines whether the inheritance can be passed down.In order to realize the effective inheritance of the inheritors,Jilin City is needed to take advantage of the new media’s communication advantages,broaden the way of inheritance,expand the social influence of the inheritors;build multi-faceted inheritance channels;establish and improve the social security system of the inheritors;collect inheritors’oral data and do the digital preservation work;strengthen the inheritance training and site construction,and give full play to the role of inheritors in inheritance and innovation.
