国家教育信息化和教育现代化的提出,为中国高等教育事业发展提出了新要求、新目标。目前,在规划的实施过程中,高等教育管理的行政化阻碍着变革发展的速度,高校发展目标与管理路径的不匹配影响着教育改革的方向,高校教育管理的人性化数据与数据平台的理性化数据冲突,管理模式的陈旧与信息化、现代化的快速发展不相匹配。为解决以上问题,必须运用先进的信息技术手段,将大数据技术和教育资源有效整合,探求高校教育管理内部优化路径。要发挥高校管理职能引领,保障内部优化实施;发挥高校应用系统基础数据作用,促进内部优化运行;发挥教师教学实践经验和学生终端海量数据优势,提升内部优化策略,进而建立起基于大数据平台的智慧校园,最终实现人才培养质量的全面提升。

According to the introduction of the national education informatization and modernization,new requirements and goals have been put forward for the development of higher education.Currently,the following problems have occurred in the implementation process.The administration slows down the speed of education development.The inconsistency between the development goal and the management mode affects the direction of education transformation.The human-based management conflicts with the database information.Above all,obsolete ma-nagement cannot keep up with the development of informatization and modernization.To solve the above problems,it is necessary to use advanced information technology to effectively big data technology and education resources.To demonstrate the function of university management and application system data,promote and implement internal optimization;To show the advantages of teachers teaching experience and students terminal mass data and improve the optimization strategy.Then build an intelligence campus and finally realize the overall improvement of training quality.
