共享发展的现实困境及其解决路径

共享发展是针对我国现实的发展问题而提出的核心发展理念,指明了发展的价值取向,揭示了人类社会发展的客观规律,是新时代引领亿万人民阔步向前的一面旗帜。受各方面因素的制约,当前我国在推进共享发展的过程中还存在一些现实困境:人们对共享发展的认知偏差;共享发展的利益分化;共享发展的体制机制不健全;共享发展的发展方式粗放。要突破困境,寻求共享发展的实现路径,就必须夯实共享发展的基础,高扬共享发展的精神,健全共享发展的体制机制以及建立共享发展的考核评价体系,以此把共享发展理念落实到社会主义现代化建设的方方面面,从而使改革发展的成果更多更公平地惠及全体人民。

Sharing development is the core development idea which is directed against China’s development problems. It points out the value orientation of development, reveals the law of human social development, and is a banner leading hundreds of millions of people to stride forward in the new era.Restricted by various factors, there are still some practical difficulties in the process of promoting sharing development in China, such as the difficulty of people’s cognitive bias of sharing development, the difficulty of interest differentiation of sharing development, the difficulty of institutional mechanism of sharing development and the difficulty of development mode of sharing development. In order to break through difficulties and seek ways to realize sharing development, we should consolidate the basis of sharing development, promote the spirit of sharing development, improve the institutional mechanism of sharing development and establish an evaluation system of sharing development.By doing this, we can put the concept of sharing development into the reform and development practice of socialist modernization construction and make it manifest in all aspects of development, and then make the achievements of reform and development more equitably benefit all people.
