摘要
黄河泥沙是华北冲积平原的主要地层构造成分,是黄河淤地造陆的主要来源。黄河下游长期维持的单股河道输沙方式,存在防洪安全和泥沙造陆之间的矛盾。维持下游河道堤防现状条件下,新增输沙通道能从根本上改变这一现象。结合管道输沙实践,描述了中下游沿河两岸管道输沙系统布置方式,对实施中涉及的工程规模、挟沙量、流速、输沙成本等要素作了简略计算,远距离输沙通道设计年输送沙量4亿t,水流含沙量300 kg/m3,流速2 m/s,输沙成本22.86元/m3。
Sediment of the Yellow River is the main tectonic component of the alluvial plain in North China. There is a contradiction between the safety of flood control and sediment land reclamation in the long maintained single channel of the lower Yellow River. Under the condition of maintaining the current situation of the river embankment in the downstream, the new sand transport channel can fundamentally change this condition. Combined with the practice of pipeline sand transportation, the layout of the pipeline sand transportation system along the banks of the river in the middle and lower reaches of the river was described. The factors involved in the implementation, such as scale, sediment car rying amount, velocity and sand transportation cost were briefly calculated. The designed annual sediment discharge of long distance sediment transportationis400milliontons,sedimentconcentrationis300kg/m3,velocityis2m/sandthecostofsedimenttransportis22.86 Yuan/m3.
