摘要 小浪底水库运用以来,受水库拦沙和调水调沙影响,黄河下游河道河床持续冲刷下切,同流量水位降低,对引黄涵闸引水能力产生了不利影响。受下游河床边界条件变化影响,对部分涵闸进行改建十分必要。下游涵闸改建工程中闸址比选是工程设计的重点及关键,在研究黄河下游大河引水流量水位变化及影响的基础上,以位山闸为例,从地质、水流条件、引渠淤积情况、引渠清淤临时占地及生态环境影响、对原建筑物影响、对施工工期影响等因素综合分析论证,并确定闸址比选结果。 Since the operation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir, the river bed of the lower Yellow River has been continuously scoured and cut down, and the water level of the same discharge has been lowered, which has a negative impact on the diversion capacity of the Yellow River diver sion culvert gate. Affected by the change of boundary conditions of downstream riverbed, it is necessary to reconstruct part of the river bed. Location selection is the key point and key point of engineering design in the reconstruction project of culverts and sluices in the lower reaches of the Yellow River. Based on the study of the variation and influence of diversion flow and water level in the lower reaches of the Yellow Riv er, this paper took Weishan sluice as an example, from the aspects of geology, flow conditions, siltation of diversion channels, temporary oc cupation of land for diversion channel silting and ecological environment, and its impact on the original buildings, the factors influencing the construction period were analyzed and demonstrated comprehensively and the gate site selection was determined.
