摘要 双螺杆成型铣刀是非常复杂的刀具,设计过程十分繁杂,而铣刀廓形求解则是最重要的环节。文章通过螺杆转子过程复杂和加工难度比较大,造成表面精确无法有效控制等问题的详细分析,基于螺杆成型原理,以基本型线方程为出发点,防止齿间相互影响。切实依据空间啮合原理,构建螺杆成型铣刀加工中铣刀和工件坐标转换方程式。对螺杆螺旋面的几何特性,以及其与刀具在加工中的空间包络特征进行深入探究分析,从而制定了基于空间啮合法的螺杆界面离散点成型铣刀设计方法,构建刀触点方程,进而获得轴向廓形的具体形态。 Twin screw milling cutter is a very complicated tool, and the design process is very complicated, and the solution of milling cutter profile is the most important step. Based on the detailed analysis of the complicated process of screw rotor and the difficulty of machining, the surface precision can not be controlled effectively. Based on the principle of screw forming, the basic profile equation is taken as the starting point to prevent the interaction between teeth. According to the space meshing principle, the coordinate transformation equation between milling cutter and workpiece in screw forming milling cutter is constructed. In this paper, the geometric characteristics of screw helix and the spatial envelope characteristics of screw and cutter in machining are deeply studied and analyzed. Thus, the design method of screw interface discrete point forming milling cutter based on spatial intermeshing method is established, and the contact equation of cutter is constructed. Then the concrete shape of the axial profile is obtained.
