摘要
本文对一种数控机床用安全监控模块进行了详细探讨,以单片机系统为核心电路器件,研究了安全模块开关监控、速度检测、冗余安全控制输出等功能的设计与实现,主要包括结构设计、硬件电路设计和软件设计等内容。该模块可用于监控数控机床的急停按钮、安全门开关、模式开关和主轴转速,通过逻辑处理并输出安全信号,对机床涉及安全的功能进行控制,有可效提高机床的本质安全性,避免工伤事故的发生。
In this paper, a kind of safety monitoring module for CNC machine tool is discussed in detail. With the single-chip microcomputer as the core circuit device, the design and implementation of the switch monitoring, speed detection system and redundant security control output of the safety module are studied. It mainly includes structure design, hardware circuit design and software design and so on. This module can be used to monitor the emergency stop button, safety door switch,mode switch and spindle speed of CNC machine tool. Through logic processing and output of safety signal, the safety function of machine tool can be controlled, which can effectively improve the essential safety of machine tool and avoid the occurrence of work accidents.
