摘要 检验检测是国家质量基础和国家科技体系的重要组成部分。实验室信息化作为一种解决传统检测机构问题弊端的方法,能够有效加强检测机构质量管理,提升质量检测水平。实验室通过实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)能够实现自动化运行、信息化管理和无纸化办公,因而LIMS系统开始获得大量关注。文章阐述了河海大学实验中心LIMS系统的功能设计,着重探讨了基于PyVISA的仪器接口模块设计,以实现系统能自动采集仪器测量的数据,从而加强信息化管理,提高质量管理水平。 Inspection and testing is an important part of the national quality foundation and the national science and technology system. As a method to solve the drawbacks of traditional testing institutions, the informatization can effectively strengthen the quality management and improve the level of quality testing. The laboratory is able to achieve automation, informatization management and paperless office through the Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS), which has received a lot of attention. This paper expounds the function design of LIMS of Hohai University Experimental Center. The design of the instrument interface module of the LIMS is emphatically discussed in order to realize the automatic collection of data by the system. In this way, informatization management gets enhanced and the quality management level can be improved significantly.
