Design of Electronic Scale Control System Based on IAP Microcontroller

摘要 研发一套家用的电子秤,能够给人们的生活带来方便。本文首先介绍了电子秤的工作原理,然后基于IAP单片机进行了控制系统硬件电路设计,在电子秤硬件系统电路设计的基础上,进行了控制系统软件算法设计。通过得到AD转化量与物体质量的关系,进行最小二乘拟合,得到输出量与转化量之间的关系,通过滤波算法的实现,使得测量的结果更稳定、可靠,并通过OLED液晶进行物体质量显示。 This paper researches and develops of a household electronic scale, which can bring convenience to people’s life. This paper first introduces the working principle of electronic scale, then designs the hardware circuit of control system based on IAP microcontroller,and designs the software algorithm of control system based on the circuit design of electronic scale hardware system. By obtaining the relation between AD conversion quantity and object quality, the least square fitting is carried out, and the relation between output quantity and transformation quantity is obtained. Through the implementation of filtering algorithm, the measurement result is more stable and reliable, and the object quality is displayed through OLED liquid crystal.
