清远“乡村新闻官”的设置和运行探讨

"乡村新闻官"的设置正面宣传了清远,促进农民增收,给农民带来实惠。"乡村新闻官"制度的运行,推动了乡村的新闻治理,为清远农村发展储蓄了后备干部,为全面实施乡村振兴提供了经验。要进一步发挥"乡村新闻官"的社会功能,就必须加强"乡村新闻官"队伍建设,在工资待遇、个人晋升等方面健全制度;要充分利用农村现有的宣传平台,打通农村宣传工作的"最后一公里",提高乡村宣传覆盖率;要向全国推广新时代"清远经验",助力乡村振兴发展。

The establishment of "rural journalists" has positively publicized Qingyuan City, increasing the farmers’ income and bringing them some benefits. The operation of the "rural journalists" system has promoted the news management in the countryside, trained the cadres for the development of Qingyuan’s countryside, and provided the experience for the full implementation of the rural revitalization. To further play the social function of "rural journalists", we must strengthen the construction of the ranks of "rural journalists" and perfect the system of the pay and benifit and the personal promotion. We should improve the coverage of rural publicity by making full use of the existing publicity platform in rural areas and by opening the "last kilometer" of rural publicity work.The "Qingyuan Experience" in the new era should be introduced over the country to help the rural development.
