企业对科技信息需求的调查分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Enterprise Demand for Scientific and Technological Information

通过线上和线下调查企业对科技信息的需求,对回收的163份有效样本进行分析,300人以下中小微型企业占89.6%,其中100人以下小微型企业占67.5%。调查显示:企业在技术服务需求方面,产品研发设计、产品认证服务、检验检测服务、专利申请、科技创新政策和财政扶持政策获取需求较高;在企业管理经营服务方面,对营销战略、电子商务需求、品牌策划推广、企业经营管理服务有较强需求。依据企业需求,我们构建了面向中小微型企业的科技信息创新服务超市平台,并从平台互动展示、技术服务队伍、产教融合等方面的服务内容提出了相应对策。

Based on the online and offline survey of the enterprises’ demand for the scientific and technological information,163 valid samples were collected and analyzed, 89.6% of which were from the small and micro enterprises with less than 300 employees, and 67.5% were from the small and micro enterprises with less than 100 employees. The survey shows that in terms of technical service requirements, the enterprises have the higher requirements for the product research and design, the product certification service, the inspection and testing service, the patent application, the scientific and technological innovation policy and the financial support policy. In terms of the enterprise management and management services, there are strong demands for the marketing strategy, the e-commerce needs, the brand planning and promotion, and the enterprise management and the management services. According to the needs of enterprises, we have built a supermarket platform of the innovation and service of the scientific and technological information for the small and medium-sized enterprises, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of the platform interactive display, the technical service team, and the industry-education integration.
