高校样板支部创建与质量创优工作的探索与实践——以四川工商学院图书馆为例

Exploration and Practice of Model Branch Establishment and Quality Creation in Colleges and Universities——Take the Library of Sichuan Technology and Business University as an Example

教育部提出开展新时代高校党建示范创建和质量创优工作,要求以政治建设为统领,以质量攻坚为动力,以提升组织力为重点,以推动事业发展为落脚点,开展党建工作示范高校、党建工作标杆院系、党建工作样板支部建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展。文章结合四川工商学院图书馆党支部样板支部建设实践,对“双创”建设工作进行了探讨,旨在为实现学校应用型转型和内涵式发展、办好人民满意教育提供示范引领作用,以此促进四川省社会力量办学高校党组织建设。

The Ministry of Education has proposed to carry out the work of Party building demonstration and quality creation in Colleges and universities in the new era.It calls for the construction of model colleges and universities,benchmarking departments and model branches of Party building under the leadership of political construction,with quality as the driving force,with the emphasis on improving organizational strength,and with the promotion of career development as the foothold in order to realize the connotative development of higher education.Based on the construction practice of the model branch of the Party branch in the library of Sichuan Technology and Business University,this paper probes into the construction of"double creation",aiming at providing a demonstration and leading role in realizing the application-oriented transformation and connotation-based development of the school and running the education of people's satisfaction,so as to promote the construction of the Party organization in colleges run by social forces in Sichuan Province.
