With the continuous development and progress of the social service system,the role of libraries is also constantly improved,and many new changes have taken place in their service functions.This paper mainly uses libraries in private colleges and universities as the starting point to explore the innovative development strategies of them in the social service system,so as to utilize the role of libraries in private colleges and universities,and provide readers with better service on reading experience.
