铁路工程水土保持监理标准化评价体系建立的探索——以郑万高铁(湖北段)工程为例 被引量:2

摘要 当前,铁路工程建设项目水土保持监理工作存在监理费用偏低,监理人员的数量和素质难以满足工程监理需要,对弃渣场等水土流失重点区域的水土流失治理工作缺乏有效的督导,水土保持监理体系不健全等问题。本文以郑万高铁(湖北段)工程为例,从工程管理实际出发,明确监理机构在施工准备阶段、施工过程中及竣工阶段对工作进行评价与考核的基本指标和方法,为今后进一步提高铁路工程水土保持监理水平提供技术支撑。 In view of the problems existing in the supervision of soil and water conservation in railway construction projects,such as low supervision cost,insufficient quantity and quality of supervisors to meet the needs of Engineering supervision,lack of effective supervision on Soil and water loss control in key areas of soil and water loss,such as abandoned slag yards,and imperfect supervision system of soil and water conservation,etc.,this paper proceeds from the reality of engineering management and takes Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway as an example. Define the basic indicators and methods of evaluation and assessment of supervision organization in construction preparation stage,construction process and completion stage. A joint assessment team was set up to evaluate the work of soil and Water Conservation Standardization in railway construction projects according to the quarterly,annual and completion dates. It greatly promotes the work effect of supervision units and provides technical support for further improving the supervision level of soil and water conservation in railway projects in the future.
