新媒体背景下高校教师思想政治工作创新研究——以华东政法大学为例

A Study on Ideological and Political Work of College Teachers in New Media Era--Taking ECUPL as a Case

新媒体环境给高校教师思政工作带来管理、对象、内容和技术方面的挑战。本研究从传播主体、传播内容、传播环境、传播媒介和渠道等角度探讨影响高校教师思政工作创新因素,认为需要:(1)加强网络阵地建设,提升教师思政工作话语权;(2)创新新媒体元素,扩大教师思政工作传播渠道;(3)重视情绪诉求,丰富教师思政工作话语内涵。

The new media environment brings challenges to the ideological and political work of college teachers in terms of content,technology,audiences and management.This study discusses the innovative factors influencing the ideological and political work of college teachers such as communication subject,content,environment,media and channels.The study finds that we should(1)Strengthen the construction of network positions and enhance teachers’discourse power;(2)Innovate new media elements and expand communication channels;(3)Attach importance to emotional factors and enrich the connotation of discourse.
