随着科技水平和信息技术的不断发展,公安轨道交通工作面临着许多新的机遇和挑战,如何利用移动信息技术促进科技兴警,构建公安轨道交通指挥中心、轨道交通派出所和一线民警三级指挥机制,建立案事件协同联动处置体系和轨道交通立体治安防控体系,成为各级公安轨道交通工作要面对的一大课题。在此背景下,依据《全国公安移动警务总体技术方案》的要求,依靠大数据、融合通信技术和最新的终端设备,对公安轨道交通移动警务平台进行建设和应用,实现“科技兴警、便民惠警”的目标。

With the continuous development of science and technology and information technology,the public security rail transit work is facing many new opportunities and challenges.How to use mobile information technology to promote the development of science and technology,build a three-level command mechanism of public security rail transit command center,rail transit police station and front-line police,and estab⁃lish a coordinated and coordinated case handling system and a three-dimensional public security prevention and control system of rail tran⁃sit It has become a major task for public security rail transit at all levels.In this context,according to the requirements of the National Pub⁃lic Security Mobile Police Overall Technical Plan,relying on big data,integrated communication technology and the latest terminal equip⁃ment,the public security rail transit mobile police platform is constructed and applied to achieve the goal of developing the police through science and technology,facilitating the people and benefiting the police.
