蝇蛆粉治疗腹泻小鼠的研究

摘要 目的为了研究蝇蛆粉对腹泻小鼠的治疗效果。方法采用腹腔注射大肠杆菌菌悬液建立腹泻模型,以蝇蛆粉添加量为8%、5%、2.5%和0%的饲料对腹泻小鼠进行治疗,分别称作8%蝇蛆粉剂量组、5%蝇蛆粉剂量组、2.5%蝇蛆粉剂量组和模型组,普通饲料饲喂正常小鼠为空白组,测定了小鼠采食量、饮水量、腹泻率、稀便率、体重等指标。结果建模第5 d模型组与各蝇蛆粉剂量组小鼠采食量、饮水量和体重均低于空白组,而稀便率和腹泻率均高于空白组;治疗期间,8%和5%蝇蛆粉剂量组在第7天和第9天小鼠饮水量显著高于模型组(P≤0.05);治疗结束后,8%、5%和2.5%蝇蛆粉剂量组腹泻小鼠稀便率分别降低了71.51%、71.79%、44.53%,腹泻率降低了66.67%、50.00%、57.14%,模型组小鼠体重显著低于其他各组(P≤0.05)。结论大肠杆菌感染过程中会促进小鼠采食,增加小鼠稀便率、腹泻率,而建模成功后又降低了小鼠采食量、饮水量和体重;本研究表明蝇蛆粉作为饲料添加剂,可以显著降低腹泻小鼠的稀便率和腹泻率,有效增加腹泻小鼠的体重。本研究为进一步研究蝇蛆粉作为动物腹泻的治疗剂奠定了基础。 Objective The objective of this experiment was to study the therapeutic effect of maggot powder on mice with diarrhea.Methods A model of diarrhea was established by intraperitoneal injection of E.coli suspension,and diarrhea mice were treated with fly maggot powder of 8%,5%,2.5%and 0%,respectively,called 8%maggot powder dose group,5%maggot powder dose group,2.5%maggot powder dose group and model group,normal feed was fed to normal mice as blank group,and the feed intake,water consumption,diarrhea rate,rushing rate and body weight were measured.Results The results showed that during the modeling period,the feed intake,water intake and body weight of the mice in the 5th day model group and the fly maggot powder group were lower than those in the blank group,and the rushing rate and diarrhea rate were higher than those in the blank group.In the 8%and 5%maggot powder dose groups,the water consumption in the 7th and 9th day mice was significantly higher than that in the model group(P≤0.05).After the treatment,8%,5%and 2.5%of the maggot powder dose group had small diarrhea.The rushing rate of rats decreased by 71.51%,71.79%,and 44.53%,respectively,and the diarrhea rate decreased by 66.67%,50.00%,and 57.14%.The body weight of the model group was significantly lower than that of the other groups(P≤0.05).Conclusions E.coli infection can promote the feeding of mice,increase the rate of rushing and diarrhea in mice,and reduce the feed intake,water consumption and body weight of mice after successful modeling.This study demonstrates that fly maggot powder as a feed additive can significantly reduce the rate of loose stools and diarrhea in diarrhea mice,effectively increasing the body weight of diarrhea mice.This study laid the foundation for further study of maggot powder as a therapeutic agent for animal diarrhea.
