6-BA对樟树矮林萌芽更新特性和精油产量的影响 被引量:3

Effect of 6-benzyladenine on germination and yield of essential oil in coppice of Cinnamomum camphora

摘要 为揭示不同6-BA对樟树矮林萌芽更新特性和精油产量的影响,设置4种不同的6-BA喷施浓度(50mg/L、100 mg/L、150mg/L、200 mg/L)和对照(喷施蒸馏水)处理,测定了樟树的萌芽更新特性、生物量积累和分配、精油特性等指标。结果表明:喷施6-BA显著增加了樟树矮林萌条数量、株高、基径和单株叶面积,随着喷施浓度的增加萌条生长呈现先增加后降低的趋势;叶片和单株总生物量在浓度为150mg/L时为最大,生物量在叶片中的分配比例逐渐增加,且叶片>枝干,但各处理间差异不显著;叶片中的精油含量远大于枝干,但各器官在不同处理间差异不显著,造成精油产量差异的主要原因是生物量,各器官中精油产量的分配在处理间差异不显著。综合研究认为,喷施6-BA有利于樟树矮林的萌芽更新和生物量的积累,在一定程度上能影响精油的产量,但对精油含量和精油产量的空间分配影响不大。 In order to reveal the effects of different 6-benzyladenine on germination regeneration characteristics and essential oil yield of Cinnamomum camphora coppice,four different 6-benzyladenine spraying concentrations(50 mg/L,100 mg/L,150 mg/L,200 mg/L)and control(spraying distilled water)were set up to determine the germination regeneration characteristics,biomass accumulation and distribution,and essential oil characteristics of Cinnamomum camphora.The results show that spraying 6-benzyladenine significantly increased the number of sprouts,plant height,basal diameter and leaf area per plant,with the increase of spraying concentration,the growth of sprouts increased at first and then decreased.The total biomass of leaves and plants was the largest when the concentration was 150 mg/L.The proportion of biomass in leaves increased gradually,and the proportion of biomass in leaves was higher than that of branches,but there was no significant difference among the treatments.The content of essential oil in leaves was much higher than that in branches,but there was no significant difference among different treatments.The main reason for the difference of essential oil yield was biomass,and the distribution of essential oil yield in each organ was not significantly different among treatments.The comprehensive study shows that spraying 6-benzyladenine was beneficial to the germination regeneration and biomass accumulation of camphor dwarf forest,and could affect the yield of essential oil to a certain extent,but had little effect on the content of essential oil and the spatial distribution of essential oil yield.
