海绵城市建设对萍乡市城区河流健康影响评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of impact of sponge city construction on river health in Pingxiang City

摘要 海绵城市建设旨在构建低影响开发雨水系统,其规划控制目标一般包括径流总量控制、径流峰值控制、径流污染控制、雨水资源化利用等。海绵城市建设过程中,须对“海绵体”工程进行效果评估,定量评价不同建设情境下“海绵体”工程的蓄滞功能,生态功能及水文功能。本文以萍乡市海绵城市建设示范区为研究对象,通过构建评价体系,采用对层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,实现示范区河流健康状况的综合评价。结果表明,通过层次分析法分析得到各监测点的一级指标中水功能所占的权重最大,水环境次之,水资源最小;萍乡市城区河流在海绵城市建设后基本处于健康状态。其中2个监测点处于非常健康状态,6个监测点为健康,3个监测点为亚健康。评价结果可为萍乡市海绵城市后期运行管理提供参考。 Sponge city construction aims to build a low-impact development rainwater system.Its planning and control objectives generally include total runoff control,runoff peak control,runoff pollution control,and rainwater resource utilization.During the construction of the sponge city,it is necessary to evaluate the effect of the "sponge body" project,and quantitatively evaluate the storage function,ecological function and hydrological function of the "sponge body" project under different construction scenarios.This paper takes Pingxiang City Sponge City Construction Demonstration Zone as the research object.Through the construction of the evaluation system,the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the river health status in the demonstration area.The results show that the water function in the first-level indicators of each monitoring point is the largest,the water environment is the second,and the water resources are the smallest.The urban rivers in Pingxiang City are basically in a healthy state after the construction of the sponge city.Among them,2 monitoring points are in a very healthy state,6 monitoring points are healthy,and 3 monitoring points are sub-healthy.The evaluation results can provide reference for the later operation management of sponge city in Pingxiang City.
