摘要
CSN6是组成型光形态发生因子9信号复合体(constitutive photomorphogenesis 9 signalosome,CSN)的亚基之一,同时也是泛素-蛋白酶体途径的重要调节因子。组成型光形态发生因子9信号复合体又称CSN复合体,是存在于植物和动物中的一种高度保守的多蛋白复合物,CSN6为其发挥功能不可或缺的组成部分。越来越多的研究表明:CSN6在多种类型的癌症中表达升高,并且研究者们发现CSN6在多种肿瘤相关蛋白质的降解和信号转导过程中发挥着关键的调控作用,这暗示了CSN6与肿瘤的发生发展相关。本研究我们总结了CSN6在多种肿瘤中的表达情况和临床意义,并归纳了其参与肿瘤发生发展的相关机制,揭示其在肿瘤治疗中的潜在价值。
CSN6 is one of the subunits of the constitutive photomorphogenesis 9 signalsome(CSN),which is an important regulator of the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway.CSN6 is one subunit of the constitutive photomorphogenesis 9 signalosome(CSN),an evolutionarily conserved multiprotein complex found in plants and animals,which is necessary for the functuion of CSN.A growing number of studies have shown that CSN6 expression is elevated in multiple cancer types.Researchers have discovered that CSN6 plays a key regulatory role in the degradation of a variety of tumor-associated proteins and signal transduction,suggesting that CSN6 is associated with the development of tumors.Here,we summarized the expression and clinical significance of CSN6 in various neoplasms and concluded its relevant mechanisms involved in tumorigenesis and development to reveal its potential value in cancer therapy.
