昭通不同产区魔芋中葡甘聚糖含量的测定分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用昭通3个不同县区魔芋,经过初步处理、脱脂、去除游离还原糖等步骤,采用葡萄糖作为标准品,苯酚-3,5-二硝基水杨酸显色法测定魔芋中葡甘聚糖的含量,实验平均回收率良好,精密度、回收率、灵敏度较高,稳定性好,线性回归方程为A=0.4493C+0.0219,R=0.9998,由实验数据可知,鲁甸、巧家、永善所产魔芋中葡甘聚糖含量分别为29.65%,52.90%,58.34%,不同产地魔芋中葡甘聚糖含量有所差别,为今后昭通地区的魔芋开发利用提供部分理论数据支持和参考依据。 The content of glucomannan in Amorphophallus konjac was determined by phenol-3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetric method after initial treatment,degreasing and removal of free reducing sugar in 3 different counties.The average recovery rate was good,and the precision,recovery rate,sensitivity and stability were high.The linear regression equation was A=0.4493 C+0.0219,R=0.9998.According to the experimental data,the content of konjac glucomannan in Ludian,Qiaojia and Yongshan is 29.65%,52.90%and 58.34%,respectively.The content of konjac glucomannan in different producing areas is different,which provides some theoretical data support and reference basis for the future development and utilization of konjac in Zhaotong area.
