两种猕猴属动物肠道微生物多样性比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过现有恒河猴(Macaca mulatta,Mm)和藏酋猴(Macaca thibetana,Mt)肠道微生物的16SrRNA高通量测序鉴定结果进行对比分析;结果显示,恒河猴和藏酋猴肠道微生物门分类水平中的核心菌群包括Firmicutes、Bacteriodetes、Proteobacteria、Actinobacteria和Spirochaetia,占藏酋猴肠道微生物总量的95.81%;占恒河猴肠道微生物总量的90.87%。在属分类水平中核心菌群包括Catenibacterium、Dialister、Faecalibacterium、Blautia、Dorea、Roseburia和Helicobacter,占藏酋猴肠道微生物总量的27.43%;占恒河猴肠道微生物总量的9.31%。从门分类水平和属分类水平中,猴属动物肠道微生物共有核心菌群所占比例显著大于种群特有菌群,但在不同物种中丰富度存在显著差异;目前研究表明上述共有菌群大多与动物生活环境和食物资源存在一定联系;或许这也表明动物适应性进化过程中,环境和食性等其他因素对动物肠道微生物组成结构的影响更大。 The study analyzed the present gut microbiota data based on 16 SrRNA high-throughput sequencing in Macaca mulatta and Macaca thibetana.The results indicated that the core flora in Macaca mulatta and Macaca thibetana gut microbiota consisted of Firmicutes,Bacteriodetes,Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria and Spirochaetia in the phylum classification,It accounts for 95.81% of the total gut microbiota of the Macaca thibetana;it accounts for 90.87% of the total intestinal flora of the Macaca mulatta.the core florain the genus classification included Catenibacterium,Dialister,Faecalibacterium,Blautia,Dorea,Roseburia and Helicobacter,It accounted for 27.43% of the total gut microbiota of Macaca thibetana;it accounted for 9.31%of the total gut microbiota of Macaca mulatta.From the classification level of the phylum classification and the genus classification level,The proportion of the core microflora shared by the gut microbes of macaques is significantly larger than that of the population-specific flora,but there are significant differences in the richness of different species.Previous studies have shown that most of the above-mentioned common flora are related to animal living environment and food resources.Perhaps this also indicates that during the adaptive evolution of animals,other factors such as environment and diet have a greater impact on the gut microbial composition of animals.
