摘要
针对传统英语教学模式仅对教材进行学习与理解,无法使学生在课堂上进行自由口语交流而导致管理效果差的问题,提出了大数据时代高校大学英语课堂管理策略研究。从明确大学英语课堂教学目标入手,将期望目标与行为目标作为特定教学目标,使教与学统一方向,方便英语课堂规则的自由执行;注重教师个性化教学,通过网络课时分配与学习内容设置,建立大学英语网络课程;实行创新课堂管理模式,使学生真正掌握英语知识点,通过这三个方面,实现大数据时代下的高校大学英语课堂管理。通过实例论证结果可知,该策略最高管理效果可达到95%以上,为高校英语教学提供理论参考。
In view of the problem that the traditional English teaching mode only studies and understands the teaching materials and cannot make the students communicate freely in the classroom,which leads to the poor management effect,this paper puts forward the research on the college English classroom management strategies in the big data era.In order to make the direction of teaching and learning uniform and to facilitate the free execution of the rules of English classroom,we should make the expected goal and behavioral goal as the specific teaching goal by defining the objective of college English classroom teaching.Pay attention to the individualized teaching of teachers,set up the network course of college English through the distribution of network class hours and the setting of learning content,carry out the innovative classroom management mode,make the students really master the knowledge points of English,and through these three ways Face,the realization of big data era college English classroom management.The result of case study shows that the highest management effect of the strategy can reach over 95%,which provides a theoretical reference for English teaching in colleges and universities.
