通过对太阳能光伏组件用高反射背板玻璃丝网印刷条件的研究,探讨了网布目数、固化温度、钢化温度对高反射涂层性能的影响,并讨论了最佳参数制作的样品玻璃耐候性测试结果,为高反射丝网印刷玻璃的制作提供了参考数据。

Through the study of high-reflection white mesh backing plate conditions for solar photovoltaic modules, the effects of mesh number, solidifying temperature and tempering temperature on the performance of highly reflective coatings were discussed, and the weather resistance test of sample glass prepared by the best parameters was discussed. As a result, reference data is provided for the fabrication of highly reflective screen printing glass.
