学前教育专业三三三式学徒制人才培养路径探索——以珠海城市职业技术学院为例

摘要 高职学前教育专业培养的是一线的幼教师资,如何紧跟及至超前行业需求,创新优秀幼儿师资的培养路径,是学前教育专业肩负的紧迫责任。本文以广东珠海城市职业技术学院学前教育专业发展为例,先梳理当前幼教行业的任务以及面临的困境,提出创新并推进该专业三元联动、三岗融合、三导师制的三三三式学徒制人才培养实践,同时借助国家、广东省及珠海市规范快速发展幼教事业的契机,该专业近几年的就业对口率和就业满意率都趋于100%。 Training the front line teachers is the main aim of preschool education specialty in higher vocational colleges.How to keep up with and lead the industry demand,to innovate the training methods of preschool teachers is the burdened responsibility for pre-school education specialty.Taking Zhuhai City Polytechnic pre-school education specialty as an example,the thesis analyzed the tasks and difficulties faced in the current preschool education industry firstly,then put forward to innovate and promote the practice of three-dimensional linkage,integration of three posts and 3-3-3 type apprenticeship system in this major.At the same time,it also takes the opportunity of the rapid development of preschool education in the Country,Guangdong province and Zhuhai city,the corresponding rate of employment and employment satisfaction have both tended to be 100%in recent years.
