高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式运行机制研究

Research on Operation Mechanism of Modern Apprenticeship Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校联合企业通过师傅带徒弟的手把手教学的模式来提升人才培养质量,以学校和企业为主导,学生为主体,这种人才培养模式称之为现代学徒制。通过了解现代学徒制的历史发展演变及其内涵,分析现代学徒制的时代特征、推行现代学徒制的重要性和必然性,及现代学徒制人才培养模式运行存在的内部和外部问题。从构建完善知行合一的管理模式、工学交替的育人模式、工学结合的课程体系、专兼结合的教学团队等方面,提出建立高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式运行内部保障机制;从建章立制和资金保障方面寻求政府支持,从文化传承和社会舆论方面赢得社会认可,从沟通交流和机制创新方面加强行业协调,从转变思路和企业文化方面完善企业制度,保障和优化高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式运行的外部环境。

The joint enterprise of higher vocational colleges improves the quality of personnel training through the mode of hand-in-hand teaching with teachers and apprentices,which is leaded by schools and enterprises and dominated by students.This mode of personnel training is called modern apprenticeship.Through understanding the historical development and connotation of modern apprenticeship,this paper analyzes the characteristics of modern apprenticeship,the importance and necessity of carrying out modern apprenticeship,and the internal and external problems existing in the operation of modern apprenticeship personnel training mode.From the aspects of constructing and perfecting the management mode of the unity of knowledge and practice,the education mode of the alternation of work and study,the course system of the combination of work and study,and the teaching team of the combination of full-time and part-time,the paper puts forward to establish the internal guarantee mechanism of the modern apprentice training mode in higher vocational colleges;to seek the support of the government from the aspects of the establishment of the system and the financial guarantee,to win the social recognition from the aspects of the cultural inheritance and the public opinion,and from the ditch strengthen industry coordination in terms of communication and mechanism innovation,to improve enterprise system in terms of transformation of ideas and corporate culture,and to ensure and optimize the external environment for the operation of modern apprenticeship training mode in higher vocational colleges.
