摘要
汽轮机隔板变形量的控制对机组安全运行至关重要,合理地设计隔板结构并降低隔板工作状态下的挠度是隔板设计中的重要工作。基于Wahl法、三维有限元计算、试验测试3种方法的结果对比,验证了采用三维有限元方法计算隔板挠度的准确性,并采用该方法详细研究了隔板体厚度、隔板体高度、隔板外缘厚度、隔板外缘高度4个主要隔板结构参数对隔板挠度的影响规律,为隔板结构的优化设计提供了设计依据。
Deformation control of clapboard is significant for turbine unit safety operation.Designing the clapboard structure reasonably and decreasing the clapboard deflection is important work during clapboard design.In this paper,Wahl method,three-dimensional FEM calculation,and testing results are compared to verify the accuracy of three-dimensional FEM calculation in analyzing the clapboard deflection.Based on this method,the impact analysis are conducted for clapboard thickness,clapboard height,clapboard outer edge thickness and clapboard outer edge height on the operational deflection,which provides design guide for the clapboard structure optimization.
