多年生泡桐嫩枝扦插技术优化研究

摘要 为解决泡桐大树嫩枝扦插生根难的问题,以树龄为5 a的‘毛白33泡桐’一年生嫩枝为试验材料,进行插穗剪截方式(带顶芽和不带顶芽)与ABT生根粉组合扦插试验。结果表明:7月上旬进行嫩枝扦插,用ABT1号生根粉500 mg·L-1处理5 s不带顶芽的插穗生根率/成活率最高,为63%/51.9%;300 mg·L-1处理15 s生根率/成活率次之,为51.9%/48.1%;200 mg·L-1~400 mg·L-1处理15s的插穗生根数量较多,好于对照。用ABT1号生根粉400 mg·L-1处理带顶芽的泡桐嫩枝插穗5 s生根率/成活率最高,达到85.2%/77.8%;500 mg·L-1处理5 s的插穗生根数量最多。综合评判用400 mg·L-1处理带顶芽的泡桐嫩枝插穗5 s为最好,带顶芽的泡桐嫩枝插穗较不带顶芽的扦插苗根系更为发达。 In order to solve the difficulty in rooting of the ‘Paulownia tomentosa × P. fortunei 33’ softwood cutting, the cutting method(with and without terminal buds) combined with ABT rooting powder was carried out by using the annual tender branch of P. tomentosa for 5 years as the experimental material. The cuttage of tender branches was carried out in early July, the rooting rate/survival rate of cuttings without terminal bud treated with ABT1 rooting powder 500 mg·L-1 for 5 s was highest, reaching to 63%/51.9%;then followed by 300 mg·L-1 for 15 s, reached to 51.9%/48.1%. The number of cuttings roots treated by 200 mg·L-1~400 mg·L-1 for 15 s was better than that of the control group. The rooting rate/survival rate of P. tomentosa with terminal buds was the highest up to 85.2%/77.8% treated by ABT1 rooting powder of 400 mg·L-1.The root number of cuttings in 5 s treated with 500 mg ·L-1 was the largest. According to the above, the best concentration of ABT rooting powder is 400 mg·L-1 for 5 s tender branch cutting with terminal bud. The rooting of P. tomentosa tender branch cutting with terminal buds are more developed than those without terminal buds.
