摘要
为提高柑橘加工行业的效益,设计了基于可编程控制器PLC的柑橘自动分拣机的控制系统,系统利用Sercos总线通讯精确控制各伺服电机运行,利用相机对柑橘的形状大小和位置信息进行采集,并传送给上位机处理与所设定的标准比对、分配合适的通道,通过PLC控制下料机利用给定的位置信息快速夹取。PLC作为控制的核心,触摸屏用来监控系统的状态,有效保证了系统的安全性。该系统能大幅度提高柑橘加工的效率。
In order to improve the efficiency of citrus processing industry, we designed the control system of citrus automatic sorting machine based on PLC. The system uses sercos bus to precisely control the operation of servo motor, and the camera to collect shape and position information of citrus, then was transmitted to the PC for processing and matching with the set standards, assigning appropriate channels, and controlling the unloading machine through the PLC to quickly capture with the given position information. PLC is the core of control, the touch screen is used to monitor the status of the system, which effectively ensures the security of the system. This system can greatly improve the efficiency of the citrus processing.
