Research Progress on Reservoir Reinforcement in China

我国病险水库数量庞大,目前国内正在有计划地实施水库除险加固工程。本文首先回顾了自河南"75·8"大洪水后我国在各时期水库除险加固的目标、数量以及投资,通过系统梳理近年来的相关研究文献,归纳出国内在设计、后评价、施工方法、管理四个方面的研究进展,最后结合国情、目前研究中存在的问题及薄弱环节,从设计、施工、管理、退役等方面提出未来研究的发展趋势和亟需加强研究的重点方向,对日后除险加固工作的开展起到了一定的指导作用。

The number of dangerous reservoirs in our country is huge. At present, we have been carrying out the implementation of the reservoir risk removal and reinforcement project. The paper firstly reviews the targets, the quantities and investments in our country in various periods after the "75·8" flood in He’nan province. Through systematic analysis of the relevant literature in recent years, the domestic research progress in design, post-evaluation, construction methods and management are summarized. Finally, combined with the national conditions, the existing problems and weakness in the current research, we propose the development trend and the key direction of strengthening research from design, construction,management, retirement and other aspects, that will play a certain guiding role in the development of risk removal and reinforcement in the future.
