摘要
赤泥是氧化铝生产过程中排出的工业固体废弃物,储量逐年增长,综合利用率较低,如何高效利用赤泥,实现赤泥资源化利用是现阶段研究重点。研究了不同热处理温度对赤泥物相组成、化学成分的影响,探究了不同温度下赤泥矿物组成、微观结构的演变规律。以期充分发挥赤泥的材料化属性,提高赤泥的综合利用率。
Red mud is a kind of industrial solid waste discharged in alumina production process,and the reserves of red mud are increasing year by year. How to make efficient use of red mud and realize the resource utilization of red mud has become the focus of research. The effects of different heat treatment temperatures on phase composition and chemical composition of red mud were explored. The evolution of mineral composition and microstructure in red mud at different temperatures were studied. The main purpose is to give full play to the material properties of red mud and improve the utilization rate of red mud.
