液体散货码头物料装卸防聚合措施

摘要 鉴于码头装卸物料聚合尚未引起重视,现有规范规定不足甚至是有冲突,通过分析液体散货码头装卸常见聚合物料的特性,得出影响物料聚合的因素,总结防止聚合的主要措施,指出氧气既可能是阻聚剂也可能是引发剂,码头装卸丙烯酸及酯应采用压缩空气吹扫、保证富氧环境,丁二烯要采用99.9%及以上的氮气吹扫置换。 Since little attention has been paid on the polymerization, and the existing provisions specified in the code are insufficient, even conflict with each other, the characteristics of common polymer materials handled in liquid bulk cargo terminals are analyzed, which produces the factors of polymerization and the main measures to inhibit the polymerization. It is pointed out that oxygen may be inhibitor or initiator, acrylic acid and ester shall be purged with compressed air to ensure oxygen-enriched environment, butadiene should be purged or displaced with 99.9% nitrogen or more.
