Research on EPC Operation Model Based on Cooperative Partner Mode of Ports

EPC模式就是设计-采购-施工总承包。基于EPC模式存在的问题,将Partnering引入到EPC项目管理中,形成一种基于Partnering的EPC管理模式。本文阐述了基于Partnering的EPC管理模式形成的前提条件、组织结构、管理体系和运行过程。并以黄骅港综合港区项目为例,通过实例论证此模式的可行性。黄骅港综合港区项目通过采用此种管理模式,取得了骄人的成绩。

EPC model is defined as general contracting comprised of engineering, procurement and construction. By analyzing the faults of EPC model and applying Partnering in EPC project management, Partnering-based EPC model is built, which may solve the existing problems effectively. An introduction to the above management model is made from the aspects of precondition, organizational structure, management system and operating process. And remarkable achievements have been made by using this management model in the project at Huanghua comprehensive harbor, which verifies its applicability.
