学生综合素质评价系统的设计与开发

The Designing and Developing of Students’ Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System

教育评价问题是当前亟需从根本上解决的国之大计。实行学生综合素质评价作为教育评价制度改革的关键环节,体现了党的教育方针,是对培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人这一根本任务的深刻践行。文章从清华大学附属中学多年来的实践出发,通过记录体系、评价体系、数据应用体系三大板块,构建了为学生提供全方位行为记录与评价的电子平台,以促进学生综合发展,推动深化学校教育教学改革,并为各级教育部门的科学决策提供有益参考。

The issue of educational evaluation is a national plan that needs to be fundamentally resolved.The implementation of regarding students’comprehensive quality evaluation of students as a key link in the reform of the education evaluation system reflects the Party’s educational policy,and is the profound practice of the fundamental task of cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of moral,intellectual,and artistic development.Starting from many years of practice in Tsinghua University High School,an electronic platform was constructed through the three major sections of the record system,evaluation system and data application system,which could provide comprehensive behavior record and evaluation to students.The results of this paper were expected to promote students’comprehensive development and enhance the deepening of school educational and teaching reform,and provide useful reference for scientific decision-making of education departments at all levels.
