西藏双湖地区土壤纤毛虫群落特征 被引量:2

Community characteristics of soil cillite in Shuanghu area of Nagqu, Tibet

摘要 根据土壤环境特点在西藏那曲双湖地区共设置了10个不同类型的土壤生境作为采样点,采用非淹没培养法及活体观察法对双湖地区土壤纤毛虫物种多样性进行了研究。本研究共鉴定到78种土壤纤毛虫,隶属于1门、3纲、12目、25科、43属。其中,动基片纲(Kinetofragminophorea)的物种占绝对优势,总共为55种,占纤毛虫总数的70.5%;动基片纲(Kinetofragminophorea)中的刺钩目(Haptorida)为优势目,为12种,占动基片纲(Kinetofragminophorea)物种总数的21.8%;寡膜纲(Oligohymenophorea)中的膜口目(Hymenosto⁃matida)为优势目,为10种,占寡膜纲(Oligohymenophorea)物种总数的66.7%;而多膜纲(Polyhymenophorea)仅有一目即下毛目(Hypotrichida),物种数为8种。1~10号样点的Gleason-Margalef物种多样性指数为3.94、3.96、3.83、3.54、2.39、3.58、2.41、3.49、4.01、3.51,其中9号样点多样性最高。所有样点的Jaccard相似性系数都小于0.5,说明各样点生境环境的空间异质性较大。 10 different types of soil habitat were set up as the sampling points according to the characteristics of the soil environment condition.The community characteristic of soil cillite in Shuanghu area was studied by using non-flooded culture method and in vivo observation.Total of 78 species of Soil ciliate were identified belonging to 25 families,12 orders,3 classes and 1 phylum.Among them species of Kinetofragminophorea was dominant species(55 species)accounting for 70.5%of the total number of ciliate and Haptorida was the dominant order in the class with 12 species accounting for 21.8%of the total species.Hymenostomatida of Oligohymenophorea was dominant order with 10 species accounting for 66.7%of the total species.Hypotrichida was the single order of Polyhymenophora with 8 species.The Gleason-Margalef diversity index of sample sites 1~10 were 3.94,3.96,3.83,3.54,2.39,3.58,2.41,3.49,4.01,3.51 respectively and sample site 9 has the highest diversity.The Jaccard similarity coefficients of all samples were less than 0.5 and indicated that the spatial heterogeneity of habitats is large.The study showed that the community characteristics of soil ciliates can objectively reflect the characteristics of different ecological environments.
