摘要
以小麦为样品,利用酶联免疫法对芽孢杆菌降解酶降解小麦中呕吐毒素进行分析。试验结果表明,降解酶浓度、反应温度和反应时间是影响降解酶降解DON的关键因素。在降解酶浓度50μg/mL、反应温度30℃、反应时间18 h、pH 8.5的条件下,降解率为88.1%。
Using wheat as sample,ELISA was used to analyze the degradation of deoxynivalenol(DON)in wheat by Bacillus cereus degradation enzyme.The results showed that the concentration of degradation enzyme,reaction temperature and reaction time were the key factors affecting the degradation of DON by degradation enzyme.The concentration of degradation enzyme 50μg/mL,reaction temperature of 30℃,pH of 8.5 and reaction time of 18 h,the degradation rate was 88.1%.
