船舶行业试验系统安全评估指标分析研究

Research on Safety Assessment Indicator of Ship Industry Experiment System

为了明确影响船舶行业试验过程安全评估的各项指标情况,采用系统安全原理分析了不同类型试验安全的关键要素,以安全评估为目的,从影响各类试验安全的人的因素、设备因素、环境因素、管理因素进行了分析,获得了试验系统安全评估的各项指标及取值标准,并应用这些指标对船舶行业试验系统进行了安全性分析了从而确定安全风险级别。结果表明:所确定的各项指标及取值标准能够广泛应用于船舶行业试验系统安全评估,为试验系统安全评估体系和安全预测预警系统的构建有着重要的指导作用。

In order to clarify the various indicators affecting the safety assessment of the ship industry experiment process,the key safety elements of the different experiment types were analyzed using the principle of system safety to safety assessment.By analyzing of people,equipment,environment and management factors affecting the safety of various experiments,the indicators and value criteria of the experiment system safety assessment were obtained to conduct safety analysis and determine risk level of ship industry experiment system.The results show that the indicators and value criteria could be widely used in the safety assessment of the ship industry experiment system.It has an important guiding role for the construction of the experiment safety assessment system and the safety prediction and warning system.
